How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and try to respond as promptly as possible. In most cases you will hear back from us within 24 hours.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every tee, hat, hoodie, and sticker is printed on demand just for you. This lets us offer a wide range of designs while keeping waste low, so please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

How long is the processing period?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days after you place your order. Once your item is printed and packed, it ships out and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order enters production it moves quickly, so address changes are not always possible. If you spot an error, email us as soon as you can with your name and order number and we will do everything we can to update it before it ships.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on the size of your order and the items you chose, you may receive more than one package, and they may arrive a day or two apart.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unused items in their original condition. Since our products are made to order, we are especially quick to make things right if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order link in the main menu and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. If you need a hand, we are always happy to help.

The tracking says delivered, but I have not received my order. What now?

Once a package is marked delivered, it is in the hands of your local carrier. Please check with neighbors and your mailbox area first, then contact your carrier. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will help you track it down.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

We are sorry about that. Please contact us right away with your name, order number, and a photo of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
